Dancewear

Dancewear must be in keeping with classical dance practice, but you are free to choose any colour or model.

Shared changing rooms are available in the centre.

You can also come directly in your dance clothes.

For pre-professional participants

Bring a mat or, failing that, a towel and a 170 cm elastic band [example here].

(these can be found in any sports shop, in some dance shops or on websites selling pilates equipment).
